Rights & Usage
As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork I create. This includes the right to post the commissioned artwork on my social media platforms, portfolio, or for promotional purposes.
The commissioned artwork is not to be used for commercial purposes, NFTs, or AI projects unless explicitly agreed upon through an additional commercial usage agreement.Commercial Use & Copyright
If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, marketing, etc.), additional copyright charges will apply. These will be negotiated prior to starting the commission.
Proper credits (e.g., tagging or mentioning me as the artist) must be given when displaying my work anywhere online or offline.Payment Terms
All payments are to be made upfront via PayPal. For commissions priced at $250 USD or higher, a payment plan can be negotiated.
A 5% PayPal service fee will be added to the final invoice in addition to the displayed commission price.
All pricing is subject to change based on the number of characters, background complexity, and the overall level of detail required for the commission.Refund Policy
A 100% refund will be granted if the drawing process has not yet begun.
A 50% refund will be offered at the time of base drawing (all base-coloured elements before detail rendering).
No refunds will be given once the artwork is fully rendered.Process & Revisions
Process will begin once the payment is made.
The client will receive updates on the progress of the artwork upon request at any stage of the creation process.
A base sketch will be delivered at the start of the project. You may request changes at this stage.
Once base colors are applied, only minor changes can be requested. Major changes or revisions during rendering will incur additional charges.
The time frame for completing a commission will typically range from 2 weeks to 1 month. If the artwork is needed sooner, additional rush fees will apply. The earliest delivery for rush commissions will be within one week.Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing sufficient references and a clear explanation of the commission request.
Rude or disrespectful behavior from the client is grounds for cancellation.Final Delivery
The final artwork will be sent via email in PNG format.What I Draw

The prices will range from the lowest to highest within the mentioned price ranges depending on the complexity. The charges for background detailing are separately mentioned at the bottom.
